The Gym
- A 24-hour fitness room with free weights, cardio machines and towels provided. Key-card access from the lobby, whenever the day allows.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability — call ahead and we'll do our best.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included on most package rates and available to all guests in the restaurant daily from 7:00–10:30 am. Your confirmation email shows exactly what's included with your rate.
Is there parking on site?
Yes — free, secure on-site parking is included with every stay. No need to book it separately.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
All rooms and indoor spaces are strictly non-smoking. A small outdoor area near the garden is provided for guests who smoke; a cleaning fee applies if the policy isn't observed.
Is the property step-free / accessible?
Yes — the property is step-free with lift access from the lobby. Accessible bathroom fittings and ground-floor rooms are available on request; just let reception know when you book.
Is Wi-Fi included, and how fast is it?
Yes. Free property-wide fibre Wi-Fi at 100/40 Mbps, with separate guest and work networks — fine for video calls, streaming and the occasional remote-work day.
Can I request a cot or extra bed?
Infant cots are available at no charge in most rooms; please request when booking. Extra beds can be arranged in selected rooms for a small fee, subject to availability.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
It depends on the rate. The Best Available rate offers free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in; flexible rates allow changes up to 24 hours before; prepaid rates are non-refundable. Most rates allow date changes without a fee where availability permits.
Do you allow pets, and is there a minimum stay?
Pet-friendly rooms are available on request. The two-bedroom apartments are ideal for longer stays; most rooms have no minimum on standard dates.

How far is the hotel from Brisbane Airport (BNE)?
About 15 km — roughly 20 minutes by car via the Airport Link tunnel. The Airtrain runs from the airport to Fortitude Valley Station, a short walk away, in about 20 minutes. A courtesy transfer is available on request.
What is the hotel doing about sustainability?
We run a linen and towel reuse program, LED lighting throughout, and food-waste reduction and recycling in the kitchen — Sale cooks with local Brisbane produce. Two complimentary EV chargers (a Tesla Wall Connector and a Type-2 22 kW) are available for guests.
